Members of U.N. panel on N. Korean human rights arrive in Japan
TOKYO, Japan - Michael Kirby of Australia, chairman of a U.N. commission tasked with investigating human rights violations in North Korea, speaks with reporters after arriving at Tokyo's Haneda airport on Aug. 27, 2013. Kirby and two other members of the panel arrived in Japan to interview relatives of Japanese nationals abducted by Pyongyang decades ago and people knowledgeable about conditions in the North.
