Princess Hisako arrives in Buenos Aires

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina - Princess Hisako, the widow of Prince Takamado, arrives in Buenos Aires on Sept. 4, 2013. The princess will attend a general meeting of the International Olympic Committee in the Argentine capital on Sept. 7 to give a speech thanking the world for its support after the massive quake and tsunami that devastated northeastern Japan.
