Railway reopens on Russia-N. Korea border
KHASAN, Russia - A ceremony is held at Rajin Port in Rason, a special economic zone in northeastern North Korea, on Sept. 22, 2013, to mark the reopening of a 54-kilometer section of railway track linking border areas of North Korea and Russia, after years of work to directly connect tracks between the countries.
