PHNOM PENH, Cambodia - Nuon Chea, former head of the Khmer Rouge parliament known as Brother No. 2, is seen on a screen in the premises of a U.N.-backed court in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on Oct. 21, 2013. The prosecutors of the court called the same day for life sentences for Nuon Chea and another former Khmer Rouge leader, Chea Leang, a co-prosecutor of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, who are blamed for the deaths of nearly 2 million Cambodians in the late 1970s.
