1 killed in blasts in north China
TAIYUAN, China - Bits of glass are scattered in front of a Communist Party office building in the city of Taiyuan, northern China, on Nov. 6, 2013, following a series of explosions earlier in the day. At least one person was killed and eight others were injured in the blasts that occurred in front of the building used by the Shanxi Provincial Committee of the ruling party.
