1 killed in blasts in north China
TAIYUAN, China - Photo shows a hole on the surface of a public facility near one of the scenes of a series of explosions in front of a Communist Party office building in the city of Taiyuan, northern China, on Nov. 6, 2013. At least one person was killed and eight others were injured in the blasts that occurred in front of the building used by the Shanxi Provincial Committee of the ruling party earlier the same day.
