IAEA observation off Fukushima
FUKUSHIMA, Japan - David Osborn (R), director of the International Atomic Energy Agency Environment Laboratories in Monaco, answers reporters' questions after he and Hartmut Nies (L), head of the IAEA Radiometrics Laboratory, got off a ship in Iwaki, Fukushima Prefecture, on Nov. 7, 2013. The IAEA experts observed Japan's marine radiation monitoring activities off the coast of the prefecture, home to the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear complex.
