TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken in September 2013 shows remains of Manwoldae Palace in Kaesong, North Korea, the royal palace of Korea's Koryo Dynasty (918-1392), which was built in 919 and was burnt down in 1361. The UNESCO World Heritage Committee in June 2013 decided to inscribe historic monuments and sites in Kaesong, which was the capital of the dynasty, on the U.N. agency's prestigious World Heritage List.
