Kaesong World Heritage
PYONGYANG, North Korea - Photo taken in Kaesong, North Korea, in September 2013 shows Koryo Songgyungwan, former education institute, currently used as Koryo Museum. The UNESCO World Heritage Committee in June 2013 decided to inscribe historic monuments and sites in Kaesong, which was the capital of Korea's Koryo Dynasty (918-1392), on the U.N. agency's prestigious World Heritage List.
