TOKYO, Japan - Tsuguhiko Kadokawa, chairman of major Japanese publishing house Kadokawa Corp., speaks at a public forum in Tokyo on Nov. 26, 2013, demanding equal taxation of e-books and other digital contents purchased from overseas vendors such as the U.S.-based Amazon.com Inc.
