TOKYO, Japan - Juan Carlos Lentijo (C), head of a team of experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency, hands the team's proposal to Japan's Economy, Trade and Industry Minister Toshimitsu Motegi (R) in Tokyo on Dec. 4, 2013. The team proposed that Tokyo Electric Power Co. consider discharging less harmful radioactive water from the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power station as one option to better manage the toxic water buildup at the site.
