NAGO, Japan - Susumu Inamine, the mayor of Nago in Okinawa Prefecture who is seeking a second four-year term, speaks on Jan. 12, 2014, as campaigning for the Jan. 19 mayoral election kicks off, with the relocation of the U.S. Marine Corps' Futenma Air Station to Nago the main issue. Inamine opposes the construction of a new U.S. military facility in the Henoko area of the city and is facing a pro-base challenger.
