4 patients at Kyoto hospital died after norovirus outbreak

KYOTO, Japan - Shiro Nagasawa, head of the Soseikai General Hospital, speaks to reporters at the hospital in Kyoto on Jan. 22, 2014, about an outbreak of infectious gastroenteritis caused by norovirus. A total of 101 patients and hospital staff have suffered from gastroenteritis since December, of whom four died during that month.
