Works by deaf composer written by someone else
TOKYO, Japan - In this file photo taken in 2011, Mamoru Samuragochi, a deaf composer of classical music, poses with a CD of Symphony No. 1 "Hiroshima". A lawyer for Samuragochi, dubbed a modern Beethoven by the media, said on Feb. 5, 2014, that the composer had someone else write his pieces for over 10 years, including "Hiroshima". Samuragochi is a Hiroshima native and the son of atomic bomb survivors.
