'Next generation' Lawson convenience store opens with Panasonic gadgets

OSAKA, Japan - A "next generation" convenience store jointly opened on Feb. 6, 2014, by Panasonic Corp. and Lawson Inc. in Moriguchi, Osaka Prefecture, features the electronic maker's LED light fittings and digital signage that introduce recommended goods to shoppers.
