Fukushima school head hangs nameplate on plum tree at shrine
FUKUOKA, Japan - Minoru Honma, the principal of Fukushima High School, hangs a nameplate on one of the young plum trees at Dazaifu Tenmangu, a Shinto shrine in Dazaifu, Fukuoka Prefecture, western Japan, before the saplings are donated to the Fukushima prefectural school damaged by the 2011 earthquake and tsunami.
