Panasonic devises speaker using bamboo fiber

OSAKA, Japan - Panasonic Corp. takes the wraps off its new high-performance speaker using bamboo fiber, known as plant opal, on Feb. 25, 2014, ahead of sample shipments starting on March 1. The company says the new speaker features better sound quality, preventing a crackling noise.
