Ceremony held to send holy water to temple in Nara, Japan
TSURUGA, Japan - A Buddhist priest pours holy water into the Onyu River in Obama, Fukui Prefecture on March 2, 2014, as part of a ceremony to send water to the Todai-ji temple in the ancient capital city of Nara. It is believed that the water arrives in a well in the temple's premises 10 days later.
