S. Korean consul in Hiroshima

HIROSHIMA, Japan - Sin Hyong Gun (L), the South Korean consul general in Hiroshima, offers a prayer in front of the cenotaph for Korean victims of the 1945 U.S. atomic bombing of the city, at the Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima on March 26, 2014. The 60-year-old diplomat -- a second-generation "hibakusha" survivor of the atomic bombing -- ended his stint as consul general the same day.
