Sashimi bowl to support disaster-hit fishermen
SENDAI, Japan - A chef at sushi restaurant Fukizushi in Sendai, northeastern Japan, shows in this undated photo a bowl of "Sendai Zukedon" with locally grown rice topped with marinated sashimi slices from fish caught in the region. Sushi shops in Miyagi Prefecture are stepping up efforts to promote the dish in support of local fishermen affected by the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami disaster.
