Osaka Prefectural gov't takes over Expo park management

OSAKA, Japan - A ceremony is held in the Expo' 70 Commemorative Park in Suita, Osaka, on April 1, 2014, to transfer the management of the park to the Osaka prefectural government after the Commemorative Organization for The Japan World Exposition '70 dissolved.
