Japan-Vietnam meeting on ODA

HANOI, Vietnam - Japan and Vietnam hold a meeting at the transport ministry in Hanoi on April 3, 2014. They discussed preventive measures after allegations that a Tokyo-based firm paid rebates when winning orders for projects financed by Japanese official development aid in Vietnam, Indonesia and Uzbekistan.
