N. Korean leader Kim Jong Un at parliament session
TOKYO, Japan - Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the ruling Workers' Party of Korea in North Korea, receives applause from the floor during the April 9, 2014, session of the Supreme People's Assembly, the country's parliament, in Pyongyang. Kim was re-elected as first chairman of the National Defense Commission the same day. Standing at right is Choe Ryong Hae, who became vice chairman of the commission.
