China human rights lawyer tells of torture by police
BEIJING,縲China -Tang Jitian, a 45-year-old human rights lawyer who has spent many years concerned with the issue of China's so-called "black jails," is interviewed in Beijing on April 6, 2014. Tang, who was released from prison that day, spoke about the violence he endured, including being assaulted at a police station in Heilongjiang province and being threatened with having his kidneys removed.
