S. Korean ferry sinks
JINDO ISLAND, South Korea - Relatives of passengers who remain missing after the sinking of a passenger ferry watch the sea where a search operation is being conducted, on Jindo Island in the southwestern part of South Korea in the early hours of April 17, 2014. The 6,800-ton Sewol, carrying a total of 462 people, many of them high school students on an overnight trip to the southern resort island of Jeju, sank the previous day.
