Sochi gold medalist Hanyu honored in parade in disaster-hit hometown
SENDAI, Japan - Sochi Olympic figure skating gold medalist Yuzuru Hanyu holds up his gold medal during a parade in his hometown Sendai, Miyagai Prefecture, on April 26, 2014. Hanyu, the first Japanese male figure skater to win the gold medal in the Olympic men's singles competition, is from the northeastern Japanese city of Sendai hit hard by the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami.
