TAIPEI, Taiwan - Thousands of demonstrators protesting against the construction of Taiwan's fourth nuclear plant march in Taipei on April 27, 2014. The Taiwan government said the same day it will freeze the construction pending endorsement of the project by voters in a national referendum.
