SHIZUOKA, Japan - Yoshihide Uchiyama of a research group set up by citizens in Shizuoka explains about an experiment on the "Megawall" floating breakwater system, aiming at reducing the height of tsunami to 1/9 or lower, on May 3, 2014, in the central Japanese city.
