YOKOHAMA, Japan - An exhibition of goods including recipe notes used by "Ramen Demon" Minoru Sano begins in memory of the feared and respected chef at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum, a food-themed amusement park, in Yokohama on April 3, 2014, following his recent death.
