JAKARTA, Indonesia - Agustinus Brata Kusuma (R), the captain of a boat that carried seven Japanese women involved in a scuba diving accident in mid-February, heads to court on the Indonesian island of Bali on May 6, 2014. The trial of Agustinus began that day, during which the defendant was indicted for negligence. The accident left two of the seven Japanese divers dead.
