1st official match at Arena de Sao Paulo

SAO PAULO, Brazil - The first official football match is held at Arena de Sao Paulo, the venue for the opening match of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil, on May 18, 2014, less than a month before the start of the tournament. The match between Brazilian club sides Corinthians and Figueirense ended without incident.
