Ruling against reactor restart

OSAKA, Japan - People stand in front of the headquarters of Kansai Electric Power Co. in Osaka on May 22, 2014, to protest against the restart of two reactors at the company's Oi nuclear plant in Fukui Prefecture. Kansai Electric said the same day, a day after the Fukui District Court ruled that it will not allow the restart, it has appealed the ruling to a higher court.
