Coup in Thailand
BANGKOK, Thailand - Thai soldiers stand guard at a television station close to supporters of ousted Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra in Bangkok on May 22, 2014, where antigovernment and pro-government group leaders met. Thailand's military staged a coup the same day, ousting the caretaker government, scrapping the Constitution, detaining the leaders of antigovernment and pro-government groups and disallowing mass protests.
