FUKUOKA, Japan - Illuminations portraying "Sazae-san," a popular Japanese manga comic and animation character, appear on Fukuoka Tower in Fukuoka on the evening of May 25, 2014. The author of the comic, Machiko Hasegawa, grew up in Fukuoka.
