S. Koreans vote in local elections seen as referendum on Park gov't
SEOUL, South Korea - Voters in polling booths at a polling station in Seoul on June 4, 2014, cast their ballots in local elections seen as a mid-term referendum on South Korean President Park Geun Hye's administration. Voting started at 6 a.m. at about 13,600 polling stations nationwide and vote counting will begin shortly after the polling stations close at 6 p.m.
