KYOTO, Japan - A local education board official shows ancient roof tiles found in a disposal pit in Oyamazaki, Kyoto Prefecture, western Japan, on June 4, 2014. They have the same patterns as tiles used to build structures in Kyoto where the nation's capital was relocated in 794 A.D.
