Japanese envoy on U.N. peacekeeping role
NEW YORK, United States - Motohide Yoshikawa, Japanese ambassador to the United Nations, speaks at an open debate on U.N. peacekeeping operations held at the Security Council at the U.N. headquarters in New York on June 11, 2014.
