Ex-Afghan foreign minister urges cessation of vote counting

KABUL, Afghanistan - Former Afghan Foreign Minister Abdullah Abdullah, a candidate in the country's presidential election, urges the election committee in Kabul on June 18, 2014, to stop immediately counting ballots from the June 14 election runoff, pointing to possible fraudulent votes.
