Oldest temple bell-molding sites found in Osaka Pref.
OSAKA, Japan - The remains of two temple bell-molding sites, one for big bells (front) and the other for smaller ones (back C), are seen at the Hayashi ruins in Fujiidera, Osaka Prefecture, western Japan, on June 27, 2014. The remains, believed to be from the end of the 7th century or the beginning of the 8th century, are the oldest among those of such sites found in Japan.
