Japanese actor Bunta Sugawara dies at 81

TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken in November 2013 shows renowned Japanese actor, Bunta Sugawara, who died of liver cancer at 81 at a Tokyo hospital on Nov. 28, 2014. Sugawara starred in a number of films and TV dramas, including the 1973 film "Battle Without Honor and Humanity" (Jingi naki tatakai) depicting a gangster conflict. He also engaged in agriculture in Yamanashi Prefecture, central Japan, in his later years.

Japanese actor Ken Takakura dies at 83
