OITA, Japan - Shintaro Awa, a Japanese chef of a 3-star restaurant in France, makes a dish using broth from dried shiitake mushroom in Oita City, southwestern Japan, on July 22, 2014, during a tasting event. The event was held by the Japan External Trade Organization to promote dried shiitake mushroom from Oita Prefecture for the European market.
