Ship-shaped float back in festival after 150-year hiatus
KYOTO, Japan - An "Ofune Hoko" (big ship-shaped) float, revived after a hiatus of 150 years, has the honor of closing the 10-float "Yamahoko" procession at the Gion Festival in Kyoto, western Japan, on July 24, 2014.
