Nomura uses actress, comedians to promote NISA sales
TOKYO, Japan - Actress Umika Kawashima (C) joins a group of comedians and cartoon characters in making a pitch for Nomura Securities Co.'s Nippon Individual Savings Account (NISA) scheme in Tokyo on July 24, 2014. Under the scheme, dividends and capital gains are exempt from tax for an investment of up to 1 million yen a year in stocks and other financial schemes.
