Ceasefire in eastern Ukraine impossible, says Kyiv Post CEO

KIEV, Ukraine - Jakub Parusinski, CEO of the Kyiv Post, says in an interview in Kiev on July 23, 2014, that a complete ceasefire in eastern Ukraine is almost impossible due to suspicions pro-Russia separatists were responsible for the shooting down of a Malaysia Airlines plane over the rebel-controlled Donetsk region earlier in the month.
