BANGKOK, Thailand - A woman and her daughter relax in a women- and children-only carriage of a train about to leave Bangkok on Aug. 1, 2014. Thailand's national railway operator launched women-only train carriages after a 13-year-old girl was raped and killed aboard an overnight train in July.
