Surrogate babies in Thailand

BANGKOK, Thailand - Photo taken Aug. 10, 2014, shows a facility near Bangkok where nine surrogate infants and toddlers, believed to share the same Japanese biological father, are being sheltered following their recent discovery by police in a Bangkok condominium. Thai police believe at least 13 surrogate babies, including the nine, were fathered by the Japanese man and he took three children out of the country.
