Volcanic risks may be reviewed at nuke power plant: official

TOKYO, Japan - Kunihiko Shimazaki, outgoing commissioner of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority, says in an interview in August 2014 that the NRA may review its assessment of volcanic eruption risks surrounding Kyushu Electric Power Co.'s Sendai nuclear power plant in Kagoshima Prefecture, southwestern Japan.
