Japanese light rail cars aid U.S. public transportation boom
NEW YORK, United States - File photo taken in July, 2014, shows a light rail train on a demonstration ride for media members stopping at a station adjacent to the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Dallas Area Rapid Transit, which opened its first light rail routes in 1996, will launch the 8-kilometer light rail extension on Aug. 18 to connect the major American airport to its 145-km-long network.
