Japan, U.S. see little progress in TPP talks
TOKYO, Japan - Hiroshi Oe, Japan's deputy chief negotiator for the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal, speaks to reporters at the Foreign Ministry in Tokyo on Sept. 10, 2014, after meeting with Wendy Cutler, acting deputy U.S. trade representative, over Tokyo's proposed exceptions for key farm products to tariff elimination under the Pacific free trade initiative. Oe said they made only very limited progress in their talks.
