N. Korea's top official says ties with China unchanged
PYONGYANG, North Korea - Kim Yong Nam, chairman of the Presidium of North Korea's Supreme People's Assembly, speaks in a meeting with Kyodo News in Pyongyang on Sept. 10, 2014. Kim, the country's ceremonial head, said North Korea's relations with China, its main benefactor, remain unchanged, even though their leaders have not visited each other's country since coming to power.
